03:54 COTSWOLD. A burglary was reported at a complex in Burt Drive; two suspects forced the second floor window open and gained entry into the house. Suspects managed to grab a TV and exited using the back sliding door.

08:59 WALMER. An assault was reported in 10th Avenue; a lady was robbed and assaulted by a male and she is 27 years of age. Suspect was arrested.

11:52 MOUNT CROIX. A residence in Clevedon Road was burgled; the suspect smashed the right hand side window. No entry gained and no loss to premises.

12:24 ALGOA PARK. A residence in Tadworth Place was burgled; the suspect smashed the back window of the premises and forced the burglar bars open. The owner can see two laptops missing. The one laptop bag was recovered in the yard.

10:15 MILL PARK. A business in Cape Road reported a positive theft incident; the suspects entered by the left hand side gate. Suspects went to the back alley way and stole the copper pipes off the air cons and the battery of the left hand side gate.

12:31 WALMER DOWNS. A residence in Pamela Crescent was burgled; the suspects entered the alley side and managed to get over the wall. Suspects then opened the flatlet area where the door was left open. The owner can see cosmetic jewellery, a laptop and a few other items missing.

02:09 FAIRVIEW. A business in Frank Landman Street was burgled; the suspects forced the front door open and entered the premises. The owner can see cigarettes and five bottles of liquor missing.

04:10 KORSTEN. A business in Durban Road reported a vandalism incident; there were tampering marks on the back door. No loss to premises.

10:07 FRAMESBY. A residence in Rondebosch Road reported an attempted burglary; when the owner arrived home her gates were standing open and the wendy house door was open. Suspect smashed the window by the laundry room. No loss to premises.

11:58 NEWTON PARK. A residence in Williams Street reported a medical; the owners’ mother who is in her 90’s has a history of strokes and she had a hip replacement a few years ago. She wasn’t feeling well and was transported to hospital.

22:34 UITENHAGE. A murder was reported in Gibson Street; the incident started at a business. A vagrant was causing trouble and got into an argument with a member of the public. The vagrant was stabbed. He tried to run away but did not get far as he passed out.

The owner can see a tower, keyboard, screen, petty cash, women’s boots and the whole buildings keys missing. Response found two printers in the bushes.

07:41 SUMMERSTRAND. A mugging was reported in Admirality Way; the owner confirmed that she was walking along the beach when a man attacked her. The owner ran to the garage.

10:55 GREENSHIELDS PARK. A residence in Coly Road reported an attempted burglary; the suspects climbed over the wall by removing a part of the wooden fencing. Suspects then forced the main bedroom window open but no entry gained into premises.

08:50 DESPATCH. A residence in Unie Street was burgled; the suspects gained access into the wendy house by cutting off the front lock. The owner can see power tools and various other tool items missing. Response recovered some of the stolen items.

10:21 LORRAINE. A house robbery was reported in Macon Road; one male entered the house and was armed with a firearm. Suspect tied the domestic up and hit the owner over the head. The owner can see a laptop, tablet and camera missing.

12:03 KRAGGA KAMMA. A theft incident was reported in Kragga Kamma Road; the suspects opened the bakkie as it was not locked and took the owners’ handbag.

The owner confirmed that the vehicle was standing at the premises as the night shift response saw the vehicle. Response confirmed it was a company vehicle that was parked outside with tiles, door frames, cement and a quarter tank of petrol.

11:05 LORRAINE. A residence in Eunice Road was burgled; the suspects forced the garage door and entered. The owner can see three bicycles, a wheat eater and a generator missing.

14:08 WALMER. A business in Main Road reported a theft incident; the owners’ vehicle was standing outside and when they went out it was gone.

18:28 SIDWELL. A business in Wright Street reported an armed robbery; the suspects entered the shop and stole cigarettes with an undisclosed amount of cash.

00:22 SOUTH END. A residence in Seymour Street reported a medical; there was a power failure in the complex and the resident was on oxygen. The paramedics stood down and transported patient to hospital.

02:59 SIDWELL. A business in Cadle Street reported a theft incident; the male stopped and requested petrol. He tried to pay with a fake bank card.

10:11 WALMER. A residence in Thirteenth Avenue reported a theft incident; the owner saw the suspects coming from the swimming pool side and entered the premises. Suspect was in the house holding a laptop bag and a few other items. They shouted and suspect ran away.

19:03 LINKSIDE. A residence in Bibury Avenue reported a vandalism; the owner confirmed that one of the workers could have tried to break-in. Suspect used a bolt cutter to cut the burglar bars.

19:22 NEWTON PARK. A business in Cape Road reported an armed robbery; four suspects entered the shop and instructed the staff to lie down. Suspects took cigarettes, cellphones and a undisclosed amount of money.

19:26 SOUTH END. A residence in Balfour Street was burgled; the owner was on holiday and when he returned he noticed the break in at the premises. Suspects smashed windows. The owner can see jewellery missing.

00:49 KRAGGA KAMMA. A business in Kragga Kamma Road was burgled; the suspects forced the gate by the garage open. The owner did not see anything missing at the bar area. Suspects stole cables, drums and a few other items.

09:06 LINKSIDE. A residence in Bibury Avenue was burgled; the suspects gained entry by the bedroom. The owner can see a laptop, USB, wallet and a hard drive missing.

10:41 GREENSHIELDS PARK. A residence in Villiers Road reported a theft incident; the suspect stole a laptop. SAPS stood down and chased after the suspect.

11:42 LORRAINE.A residence in Macon Road was burgled; the suspect forced the spare room window open and entered into the premises. The owner can see costume jewellery missing from site.

15:39 MOUNT PLEASANT. A residence in Kruger Street was burgled; the suspects removed the window at the back. The owner did not see anything missing as there was a lot of dvds and psp console outside.SAP stood down and client opened a case.

16:02 WALMER DOWNS. A residence in Mildon Street reported a theft incident; the suspects stole a trailer.

17:08 SUNRIDGE PARK. A medical was reported at a residence; the resident went into a coma and her sugar level was high. The paramedics stood down and transported her to hospital.

19:35 CENTRAL. A business in Rink Street reported an armed robbery; two males entered the shop and they were looking at expensive liquor. Minutes later four suspects entered and went to the same area. Another three entered and two of them went to the counter and pulled out a firearm. Cashier ran away and suspects helped themselves to alcohol and money.

20:18 LINTON GRANGE. A residence in Salvia Crescent reported a theft incident; two suspects entered the premises and took a cellphone. The owner was in her bedroom and when she went out she saw the suspects.

22:50 BLUEWATER BAY. A residence in Amsterdamhoek Drive reported a medical; one of the residents needed medical attention.

04:23 SUMMERSTRAND. An arrest was reported at Brooks Pavilion; three suspects broke into a vehicle and fled. Response saw suspect and arrested him. All stolen goods were retrieved except for a pink wallet.

17:38 MIRAMAR. A residence in Abbey Road was burgled; the suspect entered by the lounge window and bent the burglar bars to enter. Two rooms were ransacked. The owner cannot see what is missing.

19:30 SUMMERSTRAND. A business in Admirality Way reported a hijacking; a lady was hijacked by two suspects and took her vehicle with her daughter in it.

22:54 UITENHAGE. A business in Bell Street reported a trespassing incident; the owner saw four suspects enter the back fence. Suspects did not gain access.

22:51 SIDWELL. A business in Sutton Road was burgled; the suspects forced the front door open and got into the building. The owner did not see anything missing.

23:43 SUMMERSTRAND. A residence in Harvey Street was burgled; the suspects removed the roof tiling at the back of the house and entered. The owner still needs to check what is missing.

11:46 CHARLO. A residence in Patrick Road reported a medical; a 70 year old male was on the bed unresponsive. Permission was given for response to break down the door. The male had an abscess on his stomach. He was transported to hospital.

12:39 CHELSEA. A business in Upper Seaview Road reported a medical; the owners’ worker suffers from epileptic fits. The male is 32 years of age. The paramedics arrived on site and transported him to hospital.

14:10 SCHOENMAKERSKOP. A business in Marine Drive reported a burglary; suspect was caught inside the building. Suspect removed the asbestos sheet and entered the premises. The owner did not see anything missing.

15:56 CHARLO. A business in Walter Road reported a theft incident; one male and one female entered the premises. The female pretended to buy something and called the cashier to assist her. They distracted the lady and they moved in behind the counter and stole two cellphones.

05:02 MARKMAN INDUSTRIAL. A business in Ranger Street reported an armed robbery; security guards were patrolling when six suspects over powered them. Suspects took security guards to guard house and tied them up. They took their money, cellphones and wallets. Suspects then went to the main building and kicked in the front door and entered.

07:39 WALMER. A business in Heugh Road reported a vandalism; main gate was vandalised.

14:44 PENFORD. A burglary was reported in Lange Street; the suspects forced the sliding door open and gained entry. The owner can see a TV and other items missing.

21:33 HUMEWOOD. A residence in Cathcart Road reported that the owner saw suspects getting over the wall and the owner fired shots. Response arrested suspects.

21:51 BRICKMAKERS KLOOF. A residence in Brickmakers Kloof reported that suspects were inside the premises. The owner opened premises and suspect got into the roof. After 30 minutes response arrested suspect.

22:07 MOUNT PLEASANT. A residence in Kruger Street was burgled; the suspects climbed the back wall and removed the windows. Suspects entered one of the rooms. No loss to premises.

01 JULY 2019 MONDAY

11:02 UITENHAGE. A business in Union Street was burgled; the suspects gained entry at the back small window. The owner can see an extension cord missing.

12:26 MILL PARK. A business in Cape Road was burgled; the suspects broke three windows on the front right hand side. No loss to premises.

16:10 LINTON GRANGE. A residence in Marigold Street was burgled; the suspects made a hole in the ceiling and cut off the alarm wires. The owner can see a 65 inch flat screen TV, 42 inch flat screen TV, laptop and jewellery missing.

16:14 LINKSIDE. A residence in Bibury Avenue was burgled; the suspects took a ladder to get to the kitchen window. Suspects took the key and entered by the back door. The owner can see a laptop, two IPhones and fashion jewellery missing.

17:17 CENTRAL. A business in Rink Street reported a theft incident; the driver of a taxi asked the attendant to fill up. When he was done the driver said he didn’t say fill up.

17:25 LORRAINE. A business in Circular Drive was burgled; the owners’ key is missing and he thinks it might be one of the staff members as they went upstairs and kicked in the door and wanted the petty cash.

18:20 UITENHAGE. A residence in Hibiscus Crescent Fairbridge Heights reported a medical; the owner who is age 70 had a massive stroke. The paramedics declared the owner deceased.

21:39 COLLEGE HILL. A business in Dale Street reported a burglary; the suspects kicked in the back door and entered into the premises. The owner can see four sticks and a box of electronics missing.
