A business in Raleigh Street was burgled; the suspects removed the front right hand side window, response replaced the window as best possible as there was no keyholder available. The flying squad was also on site and they saw two males walking down the road that seemed suspicious.
10:25 HUMEWOOD. A residence in Dundalk Road had an armed robbery where three armed suspects went through the back of the premises and confronted the owner of the house. They tied the owner and two domestics up, they ransacked the entire house. A safe, plasma TV and the owner’s vehicle was stolen. SAP stood down and a case was opened.
10:59 CHARLO. A residence in Piccadily Place reported a positive theft incident where suspects stole two chairs from a house close to her. No SAP.
21:59 KABEGA PARK. A residence in Chadwick Street was burgled; the suspects broke the main bedroom window. They removed the entire safe from the wall; the owner opened a case with SAP.
23:13 WALMER. A business in Schoenmakerskop Road reported a vandalism case where suspects removed the double door from the pavilion and vandalised the premises which is not in a good condition. No SAP.

08:18 SIDWELL. A business in Haupt Street was burgled; the suspects entered through the roof. A microwave, polisher and coffee machine is missing at this stage. The owner stood by for SAP to open a case.
16:27 LORRAINE. A residence in Montmeady Road reported a medical emergency; one of the owners worked suffers from sugar diabetes and fell unconscious. The owner advised he will call an ambulance to take the worker to hospital.
18:51 CENTRAL. A business in Havelock Street reported an armed robbery; two armed suspects entered the shop and stole an undisclosed amount of money and cigarettes. The owner will not be opening a case.
20:46 CENTRAL. A residence in Bain Street reported a positive theft incident; the owner went for a walk and left the garage door open. Two suspects entered and stole a bicycle and after that another male suspect stole a plasma TV. The neighbourhood watch caught the suspect with the plasma and they stood by for SAP to open a case with the owner.
20:54 GREENBUSHES. A residence in Bloekom Avenue reported a trespassing case where a suspect was spotted at the back of the premises but ran away.

07:53 WALMER. A business in Victoria Drive was burgled; the suspects cut the padlock and gained access to the property. A lot of stock from the tuck shop was stolen, SAP stood down and a case was opened.
08:59 NORTH END. A business in Paterson Road was burgled; the suspects broke a window and entered the premises. The owner confirmed that computer equipment was missing. SAP stood down and a case was opened.

07:18 GELVANDALE. A business in Stanford Road was burgled; a hole was made through a wall that was used to close off a window. All the items were packed ready to leave but response must have disturbed them, the manager confirmed nothing missing at this stage. SAP stood down and a case was opened.
01:22 WINDVOGEL. A business in Bethelsdorp Road reported an attempted theft incident where three suspects were on site and stole wood. The security officer will follow up with SAP.
01:42 ALGOA PARK. A residence in Boekenhout Street reported a trespassing incident where she saw a suspect jumping over the wall but no entry was gained into her premises. SAP stood down and the owner gave them a statement of the description of the suspect.
01:55 NEWTON PARK. A business in Fourth Avenue was burgled; suspects broke the front glass door but no entry was gained. SAP stood by but the owner did not open a case.
04:20 NORTH END. A business in Patterson Road was burgled; two males and a female broke the lock and went through a hole in the wall to gain access. The response officers caught all three suspects with 10 boxes of shoes and a box of undisclosed items. The owner stood by for SAP to open a case.
08:10 WESTERING. A business in Townsend Avenue had an armed robbery; four armed suspects entered the shop and stole the owners float, cigarettes and chocolates. SAPS stood down and a case was opened.
08:25 WALMER. A school in Fordyce Road had a burglary which resulted in arrests made; a suspect forced a window that was not latched properly, open. They found the suspect who was 11 years of age, with a bag full of wrapped Christmas gifts as well as the keys to the school which was stolen from one of the teachers. The owner did not open a case.
16:31 WALMER. A business in Main Road reported a medical emergency; a resident was not feeling well and it was assumed by another resident that she had a stroke. Gardmed stood down and transported her to hospital.
21:33 SUMMERSTRAND. A residence in Summerwood Crescent was burgled; the suspects removed a small window at the back of the house and the owner can see a 40” TV, a DVD player, jewellery and a few other items worth an undisclosed amount missing. SAP stood down.
21:57 WALMER. A business in Fifth Avenue was burgled; the suspect broke through the owner’s wall but the owner will need to take stake take to see what is missing. SAPS stood down and a case was opened.

04:14 DESPATCH. A school in Heuwelkruin was burgled; the suspects forced the back door open but the owner cannot see anything missing at this stage. A case was not opened. 06:26 SIDWELL. 08:42 DESPATCH. A school in Berg Street was burgled; the suspects removed two layers of bricks between two buildings, the owner can see two taps missing at this stage. Sap stood down and a case was opened.
10:02 DESPATCH. A business in Handel Street reported an assault; the owner confirmed that 2-3 males entered the shop and one of them got into a fight with the owner who then assaulted the owner. SAP stood down but no case was opened.
16:18 WALMER. A residence in Victoria Park Drive reported a hijacking that took place. A lady was sitting in her vehicle on her phone when an armed male requested money, when she responded that she didn’t have he pulled her out of her vehicle, shot next to her foot and drove away in her vehicle. 21:02 OVERBAAKENS. A burglary took place in Totius Street were an eye witness saw three males with a blue Sierra with no number plate. The suspects entered the through the right hand side window and stole a 42” and 32” plasma TV. SAP stood down and the owner opened a case.
21:22 SUMMERSTRAND. A residence in Brewer Road reported a trespassing case where a male student was naked and jumped on the armed response vehicle; he was fisting the windscreen and bonnet. SAP stood down and took him to his house as he was not in the right frame of mind.
22:32 UITENHAGE. A business in Baird Street had an armed robbery; they staff were locking up when two males dressed in SAPS uniform requested them to open the door. 6 staff members were held hostage and an undisclosed amount of money was stolen. SAP stood down and the owner opened a case.

07:24 LITTLE CHELSEA. An attempted robbery took place at a residence in Draaifontein Road. The owner heard the door open and upon investigation, saw a man in his kitchen. The suspect fled when he saw the owner.
08:11 NORTH END. A business in Sidon Street was burgled. The suspects smashed the alleyway window and forced open the burglar bars. A computer and other valuables were stolen.
08:58 SUMMERSTRAND. A hijacking took place at a business in Skegness Road. Armed men entered the business and fired a warning shot. They forced the customer to hand over his vehicle and valuables and fled the scene.
09:03 WALMER DOWNS. A residence in Kennelly Street was burgled. The suspects gained entry via the back door and stole valuables.
09:43 GLENHURD. A residence in Ruth Street was burgled. The suspects broke through the guest bedroom window and kicked in the burglar bars. A TV and other valuables were stolen.
10:06 LORRAINE. The residence in Ria Street was burgled. The suspects smashed the back glass door and gained entry. A pair of binoculars, camera and other valuables was stolen.
15:46 SIDWELL. An armed robbery took place at a business in Kempston Road. Four men armed with knives entered the business and demanded cash and cell phones. They gathered their loot and fled on foot. The owner gave chase and together with Atlas, they caught the suspect. Some of the stolen goods were retrieved.
19:43 SUMMERSTRAND. A thief stole trays of chicken from a shop in Admiralty Way. One of the staff caught him and handed him over to the Police.
21:44 KORSTEN. A business in Perl Road was burgled. The suspects broke two windows and kicked in the burglar bars. Two microwaves and other valuables were stolen.

00:26 ZWIDE. An armed robbery took place at a business in Qeqe Street. The cashier reported that an armed suspect entered the shop and demanded money from the till.
00:32 ZWIDE. A business in Johnson Road was burgled. The suspects kicked in the front door and gained entry. The total loss could not be determined at the time.
14:42 WOODLANDS. A residence in Carentan Road was burgled. The suspects broke into the main bedroom and exited via the lounge door. A laptop and jewellery was stolen.

08:42 CENTRAL. An armed robbery took place at a business in Rink Street. The suspects robbed a cash in transit vehicle. The gang fled with cash boxes as well as firearms.

01:59 NORTH END. A residence in Darling Street had an attempted burglary. The suspects broke the locks on the front door.
02:22 WALMER. A residence in Fordyce Road was burgled. The suspects smashed the window and stole laptops, tools and other valuables. The suspect was arrested in the area and all the stolen items were retrieved.
02:33 ST GEORGES PARK. A business in Park Drive was burgled. The suspects removed the big window and stole two big plasma TV’s.
07:41 DEAL PARTY. A business in Grahamstown Road was burgled. The suspects broke through the roof sheeting and gained entry. A microwave, vacuum, batteries and other valuables were stolen. Both suspects were arrested and the stolen goods were retrieved.
10:47 WALMER. An armed robbery took place at a business in Main Road. Two armed men held the owner at gunpoint and demanded cash from the safe.
11:07 CLEARY PARK. A armed robbery took place at a business in Standford Road.
Two suspects, armed with a gun and knife, entered the building and held up the staff. One of the customers grabbed the firearm from the suspects and the suspects decided to flee the scene.
17:16 ALGOA PARK. A business in Headley Street was burgled. The suspects removed the front burglar gate and kicked in the front door. The suspect fled when the owner arrived.
17:47 HUMEWOOD. A sports centre in Brookes Hill Drive was burgled; the suspects removed burglar bars from an open window. The owner can see hampers, blankets and a PC monitor missing at this stage. The response officer retrieved the hampers and blankets from site. SAP stood down and a case was opened.
18:09 DEAL PARTY. A business in Burman Road reported a positive theft incident where the driver of a truck leave the truck unattended and washed his clothes, while doing that, suspects jumped over the fence and stole his cell-phone, ID, passport and other documents and fled on foot. SAP stood down and a case was opened, they contacted the cell-phone number and the suspects advised they must meet them at total garage with R300 to get the belongings.
18:43 NORTH END. A business in Grahamstown Road reported an armed robbery; armed suspects tied up four of the security guards and stole a truck with all other truck keys inside of it. The truck was being tracked by the owners. SAP stood down and a case was opened.
22:37 MOTHERWELL. A business in Nyara Street reported an assault; the cashier reported that two suspects assaulted a petrol attendant really bad. He was transported to hospital with private transport, SAP advised that he should open a case.

01:21 UITENHAGE. A residence in Miles Street reported a trespassing incident where the owner’s son saw suspects on the roof but ran away as they were spotted. SAP were on site and searching in the area.
02:32 SCHAUDERVILLE. A residence in Highfield Road reported an attempted theft incident where suspects entered her back yard and cut a whole lot of copper piping but did not manage to get away with anything. SAP stood down and owner opened a case.
04:58 WALMER. A business in Third Avenue was burgled; the suspects broke a window and there were a lot of items lying outside, however no loss inside the premises. The owner will call the owner of the vehicles as they were broken into as well. Suspects were caught by the response officers.

A business in Old Grahamstown Road reported an armed robbery, the suspects tried to enter through the roller door side but they did not manage to gain entry they then went to the security officer and tied him up. The suspects took keys from the guard to open the warehouse and they stole 5 big truck batteries and 3 cell-phones. Owner opened a case with SAP.
03:17 OVERBAAKENS. A residence in Totius Street reported a house robbery; the suspects knocked on the door and when the owner opened they forced their way through the door. The suspects stole electronic items and the owner’s vehicle. A case was opened with SAP.
10:30 OVERBAAKENS. A residence in Gustav Preller Crescent was burgled; the suspects bent the bottom part of the security gate open and entered the premises. The owner advised a TV was missing at this stage and opened a case with SAP.
17:25 ROWALLAN PARK. A residence in Maasdorp Road reported a medical emergency; the owner’s father was in a lot of pain. Gardmed stood down and transported the owner’s father to Hospital.
