Atlas Security are proud to announce that we now offer internet bundle solutions through MetroFibre. This offer is exclusively available to our Atlas Security clients and is one more way in which Atlas Security provides added value to our loyal clients through specially reduced rates on a fibre internet solution.
The MetroFibre service is initially rolling out in Summerstrand, Humewood, Humerail and South End. MetroFibre are targeting Uitenhage and Despatch in the secondary phase.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?
How does the Atlas Fibre offering work?
MetroFibre will look after your fibre requirements and Atlas Security will continue to keep you and your prized possessions safe.
Atlas Security clients sign up for this fibre offering via the Atlas Security website. The fibre service order is between you, the Atlas Security client, and MetroFibre.
Once you’ve signed up for the Atlas fibre offering, Atlas Security will take care of all the admin for you including loading up your service order. MetroFibre will look after you with all the following steps from installation and activation of your fibre service all the way through to after sales support. This includes any queries on the “go live” dates.

Who do I pay for my fibre?
The fibre service contract is between the Atlas Security client and MetroFibre. Therefore you will be billed by MetroFibre and not Atlas Security. MetroFibre internet services are billed monthly in advance.
I've signed a fibre Service Order, now what?
If the Premises contains a Termination Point (small white box for the fibre router to plug into):
Once you have received the order confirmation email, a contractor will contact you within 10 – 14 business days to arrange an Access Build installation assuming your area is shown on the project schedule / map on www.fibrepe.co.za . You as the customer must ensure that your required installation area in your residence is suitable for installation and that you are satisfied with the installation area chosen. This Termination Point will be installed as part of the placement of your order with Atlas Security.
If the Premises requires a Termination Point, an access build will be required:
You will be contacted within 10 – 14 business days after your area goes live by an installer to arrange a convenient date and time for the installation, subject to the availability of equipment and installers. The installer will provide you with the standard router to activate your service for internet connectivity.
When should I cancel my existing internet services?
Ideally you should only cancel your existing internet services when your fibre service is live. Unfortunately, owing to the nature of the fibre roll out, it is not possible to provide an exact “go live” date to each client and delays can take place on even the best planned projects.
It is advised that clients maintain their existing internet services until they have switched over to fibre. This will prevent a situation whereby internet access could be terminated prior to the fibre going live.
