A key holder is a person who is entrusted with keeping a key to your commercial or your residential property when you are away.
Our aim is to always respond to a positive signal activation as fast as possible, on arrival our armed response team will conduct a security check of the property, our control center will then ask you to meet at the premises, or, if you’re away, have your key holder meet, for us to check if all is in order inside. Break-ins happen quickly, intruders can be in and out, with valuable goods, within minutes. That’s why our armed response officers have to go through rigorous training to make sure they respond to alarms as rapidly as possible. It’s similarly important for key holders to be able to respond within moments of an alarm being activated.
